hi everybody, glad to have found this great forum.
my story: 23 yrs old, 180cm/100kg. been fluctuating about 2kg up and down over the past couple of years, this year really trying to get that spare tire around the waist and the airbags on my ass off!
i started to watch what i eat and tried to eat less but more frequently, my usual day consists of:
9am - bowl of cereal + tbsp of flax seed, 2 eggs
12pm - cold cut whole wheat sandwich or chicken wrap
2-3pm - some fruit (apple or such)
6pm - usually salad w/ grilled chicken strips, or grilled fish or chicken steak
9pm - some fruit if i have munchies, otherwise nothing
my exercise routine is usually weights and cycling on alternate days, though its been a cold week and i haven't gone cycling at all. still doing some dog-walking around the block though.
also, i'm taking GNC CLA and Cuts although after reading up a bit on this forum, i'm not sure if they're really doing anything besides making me have mood swings sometimes (i noticed i'm on a really short temper recently)... although that might be caused by the change to my eating habits
so far, i'm down 4kg ~8lb since new years. if anyone could give me some pointers or suggestions re my diet or exercises, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone!
