hi everyone i'm new to the board! I am a 15 yr old girl who weighs ENTIRELY too much and i play basketball for my high school!!! i need the support to help me start weight training and keep it up! i need to weight train and DIET! not eat more bc um...i weigh entirely too much! no i'm not one of those girls that is real skinny and still thinks she's fat! believe me i'm fat! but amazingly i can still run up and down the court! when i was younger i was the fastest runner in my school (from like 5- 11 yrs old) then i got lazy and gained LOTS of weight!! help me! i need a good routine to help build muscle but also lose weight! i've heard of the riot bombing routine but ummm i've also heard its a killa!! could someone give me some ideas of a good routine! i already have a diet! thanks
