Im new to all this and I dont know if Im doing it right or not. Maybe someone could help me. All I want is to work hard and take whatever I need to realise my goals. Which are to have a good musclecular and lean body. Im 58 right now but I believe that your as young as you feel. Can someone tell me what is the best liquid to mix my supplements in? Such as L-Leucine, L-Glutamine,ALCAR,AAKG, etc.
 
all those supplements listed do fuckall for you.

stick to creatine, fishoil, whey protein isolate, a good multi-V, and a tonne of good quality fresh foods.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Im not one of the huge big tough guys with muscles that seem to be invincable. Nor do I want to be! But theres so much overkill of information out there that it gets very confusing. Can anyone tell me honstly , do I need to be taking all of these amino acids and powders and potions to build good solid muscle?
