hi new boy here - protein supplement?

hi, been training quite heavily last 2 months and am getting very tired and of course wanna give my body the best results.

now i know diest is key and i would say that mine isnt the best. so i wondered if i should be taking a protein supplement ? i also take creatine.

ingesting a protein shake asap after your workout is a great idea.
 
Yep, look into a basic whey like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey and do a scoop immediately post-workout.

absolutely, but you should also focus on diet, its a huge part of the muscle building equation my friend.
