Just a little about myself. My name is Pam, I'm a mother to 5 children. This past summer I decided I needed to lose the weight I gained with my twins. I dropped 25 lbs. I started working out in September of 2005 and LOVE IT! Unfortunately I was injured in a skiing accident which gave me a spinal injury so I'm not able to lift like I would like but I've come along ways considering 2 years ago I wasn't allowed to lift anything heavier than a gallon of milk. I just started my first bulk 6 weeks ago and am excited to see what I can accomplish.
