Well.... wer to begin , well im michael and im 18 (just turned) and iv been weight training for about 5 - 6 months now and find that i absolutley love it , dont get me wrong im not after body builders sorta physique .
Im just after a nicely toned healthy body and to be able to my workouts without ppl sayin weird remarks lol .
When i was younger i wer over weight VERY overweight lol , in fact i would have probably been classed as obese , until one time i thought that there was somethin that needed doing
so i did it
, first it was little bit of workouts coz a didnt reallyhave all the dedication i have now lol , but slowly but surely it started to get better and better and better. and now i feel better than i ever have before and im much much fitter .
I joined here coz obviously u guys are intp all this , but i wer just here coz i wanted to see if wot im doin is the rite thing lol it seems to be workin a treat tho . , cheers hope to speak to u all soon
