First I have to say you people here are GREAT a BIG
I'm a new guy been lifting for 6 months now. I have no real set routine i do a full body workout 3 times a week. Not sure how long to keep that up before i get a real routine seems to be working for now I'm 5'11, 170lbs, i bench 200lbs(nothing impressive). I'm starting to figure out my diet beings i was on a see food diet ( ate everything i seen) I'm in pirty fair shape, so my main goal is to gain strength. So I'm thinking i found the right place for advice.
