Newbie here just started training a month ago found this site and found out i was doing it all wrong 
Imagine that! Great place you guy's have here i am alway's very happy to find a knowledgeable place to learn and grow!Thanx for being here guy's 
Also i have seen alot about gaining weight to gain mass but i am 6'1" 240 pound's i would like to transform the fat i have into muscle what would be the best way for me to do this?
