Hi there!:wave:

I used to lift and was in pretty decent shape but moved away from the my gym when I got married. Unfortunately I also toasted my shoulders pretty bad, blowing the acromion on my left arm and have had several problems with my right shoulder(thanks to a bad dislocation) that have recently been remedied by cortisone shots and alot of time off.

My problem is that I really would like to drop the 30lbs of good cooking love that I have put on (cardio and diet, I know). I would also like to know some decent exercises to start getting my shoulders back into shape to where I dont feel like a pussy bench pressing 95lbs and feeling pain in my shoulders.

I do not want to become giant, just to tone some and be able to start working out again. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah I have been there to. Got married and forgot about the weights. Got into bad shape. And then I took a good look and said wow, its about time to get into better shape. And now here I am 205lbs. at about 11% bf currently (still cutting) and am about in the shape I was before, so it can be done. Best of luck to ya. And welcome.
