Hi everyone

New here, but i have been here a bit doing some reading.......i'm 41, 5'11"...227 lbs.....pretty heavy around the mid-section......but i hope to change that...

i'm definitly a newbie so i'll be asking alot of questions ....thanks for the great forum
 
welcome! you'll find the training and diet & nutrition forums extremely useful in your quest to change. don't "hope to change that"... make the decision to make it happen!

thanks guys.......i purchased myself a bowflex and have been sticking to a pretty good three day a week workout, a 1500 a day calorie diet....and i've actually dropped to 221 since my first post :)
