Hmb ???

Is hmb a total waste of money?? or does it have some effect ??

I had a professor at college who used EAS HMB and participated in The Body For Life contest and he told me it works. On the other hand, most of the people I know say it's garbage. Also, all I read says it's a waste of money.

it's been awhile, I know we have discussed this if you want to do a search... from I what recall in very high doses HMB seems to have some benefits, however it's not cost effective, meaning HMB ain't cheap!

how high we talkin here, Robboe? BN has some for pretty cheap, though I dont know if they produce it anymore, Ive been out of the loop for quite some time.
