How important are extra supps?

Currently I'm trying to put on weight/get bigger, and I'm taking Optimum Protein. I take 1 shake pre workout, 1 post, and 1 before bed. Should I be taking Glutamine, fish oil/flax oil as well? How important are they to meeting goals such as mine? I'm currently following the massive eating diet.
 
Most of it will come in a good diet. The things you mentioned are a basic part of a good diet. Post your diet and you can get some more help!
 
To me I am really feeling like a multivitamin is important right now.

EFAs can be great, to me thats not really much of supplementation, thats part of the diet, same difference I spose.

Right now those are my two must haves.
 
man if i were you i would eat like hell ..that's how you're really going to put on size....food is your number 1 supplement!!
