Hi all~ newbie here from Seattle, Wa. I'm a 37yo lady who's been "working out" for over a decade and only got acquainted with the free weight area in the gym a few years ago.
It seemed too indimidating
, but since a friend at the gym showed me the basics I've grown to love weight training! Now I want to make some goals and get more direction with my work outs. I want more definition in my abs and I want to be able to squat 200lb as a 6month goal. Right now I can squat 135# including the bar weight. I've been reading through all the stickies and learning much already. I have one pic in the gallery and hope to have some better shots this summer. I have no idea what the proper poses are so don't laugh! Back to reading now...
