i used hydroxycut and lost alot of weight. i am now going to use it again. the formula i am going to use is called carb-control and the only difference in ingredients from the reg. is willow bark extract. so this is the a in this eca...correct? so how do i take the a now? just buy aspirin how much do i take? confused any help would be nice...
