As of this point, and time I'm on a 3-day training split, with a rest day in between every workout. So with that said, if I were to begin a cycle of "supplements" would it be a good idea to let's say begin working out in a fashion such as this.
Monday- Calves, hamstrings, and quads
Tuesday-Glutes, Lats, abs, and pects
Wednesday-Biceps, deltoids,trapezius, triceps, and forearms
Thursday-Calves, hamstrings, and quads
Friday-Glutes, Lats, abs, and pects
Saturday-Biceps, deltoids,trapezius, triceps, and forearms
Sunday- Rest (wouldn't want to offend any christians) *religion*
Anyhow, kinda curious about this, as I know rest is a very important piece of the puzzle.
