Hypothyroid and Gear

Errr.. I have hypothyroid... that meens u have a slow slow metabolism... Come to find out.. Anything in your system is Excreted slower... Does anyone have information on hypo and Roids... Mudge your the genious in the group im pretty sure u have read about something... or anyone else?? please i need to know

All I can really say is if you have high bodyfat steroid use will be detectable longer. As far as dealing with the thyroid I have to watch my carb sources and total intake otherwise I just hold weight, 15% bodyfat or greater is not abnormal for me at all.
