agreed..besides the 5-10lbs i gained in my bench press not much happened

not true. I'm a 39 yr old bodybuilder. Save your money, it's shit. Buy food instead. Or use the NHA stack from Designer Suipplements. I used that, it was expensive but it worked. I have a complete log for any doubting thomases.
