I need advice on gaining weight:
I'm 5'1" (really short), 14 years old, and 61 pounds. I try to eat as much as I can to gain weight, but I have a really small appetite. I have about 4 percent body fat, and a 19.5 inch waist. I am constantly running, about 25 miles a week. I need as much advice as possible to gain a lot of weight! I've tried everything, but nothing works. My stomach sinks inward because I'm so thin that it looks like I'm sucking it in (slims are way to big on me). My stomach is really flat and rock hard, but is it safe for my stomach to sink in like that. I'll try my best to post pictures asap. Please give me any advice you have!
