If you can't turn yourself into an animal, no music is going to help you.

I've always likes Impaled Nazarene, Cannibal Corpse, and Hypocrisy for heavy work. The faster and more brutal, the better.
 
yea bro if you need music to help your training you should just give up!!!!! Just kiddin, I just wanted to sub in so I could get some new tunes as well. Hell maybe we should both give up !!!
