I did that many years ago with quads. I pinned to low on my left quad and holy crap, after a day or two it felt like someone kicked my knee. If any of the guys ever had water on the knee before from a fall or something else, you know what I mean. The oil just sat there. I actually had to go home early from work the third day because I couldn't walk straight. I just told everyone I got up to piss in the middle of the night and was groggy and banged my knee really good. Only thing to do is heating pad and let time pass. There is really no way to hurry the process along. Unfortunately the oil just has to have time to dissipate. Good luck brother.
