If you use creatine/would use creatine, which one in your opinion do you favor towards?

I'd use the same, Rob:thumb:

thanks for replying

after making your choice, please explain too..... as in which creatines you might have used, and why you choose your current brand over other brands

thanks

Right now I like just mono and juice. I have tried all listed above, and like vitargo cgl, i use pure vitargo now and add my own creatine, well did before i was told to go off it.

how come you went off of it?

currently im actually using that, but i might change it due to the cost of the product and the new CEE out there

I have cancer bro. No supps sept, glutamine, and fish caps. and hmb. trying to keep muscle

whoops.... thats good to know.... guess i classified it as creatine when i saw it with a creatine blend

i better reseach that one better

I just started using Maximum Pump and it was fucking awesome. I had been using cell-tech for about 2 months and it did shit. Gonna order myself some more of that soon.

I am actually considering Maximum Pump some time down the line, which uses TriCreatine Malate. I have tried standard Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Ethyl Ester and am currently using a creatine matrix formula (MAN Clout) which has Tricreatine Orotate in it. I'm not sure how well I responded to Monohydrate or CEE, but this Clout seems to be working great so far. After I am done with Clout, I will go back to finish my bottle of CEE, then I may try Maximum Pump or another creatine combo, or try Monohydrate again, since Monohydrate is the only one with solid research to back it up.

This is my first post on this board :)
Don't take Creatine that contains Citric Acid. The acid neutralizes the Creatine, and you get ZERO benefit.

What about stomach acids then?

used satur8 and i didnt notice too much. I have almost given up on creatine...

I use a brand called Body fortress we have a chain of shops called Holland and barrett in england

I recently started York Creatine Monohydrate. I think it works well and it's not too expensive either.

Yeah, creatine monohydrate in general is relatively inexpensive.

I have also used Clout by MAN supplements. It isnt a creatine, however helps your body create more natural creatines. I have gotten decent gains from Clout. It makes you itchy sometimes, that is why i love it!! I know it is working. They say best gains on Clout are within the first week.
