Can anyone explain IGF LR3? First I heard it was good for fat loss, then I read that T3 and T4 were better for that but IGF LR3 were good for new muscle cells.
I am 44 years old and haven't been able to get below 10% bf since I got into my late 30's despite cardio, dieting, AAS, T3 and Clen. I've tested my cortisol, my T3 and recently my glucose and it's all normal (the latter was to see if I was insulin resistant). Today I took another blood test to check AC1 (not sure if it's AC1 or A1C) to also check my insulin resistance. I want to try IGF LR3 but dont want to try something that T3 should already be doing for me.
Any advice?
