HEY Guys
im on my 4th week on whinney and deca and iv not really noticed that much increase in size or muscle mass, but people who aint seen me in a bit have i dont think my weight has increased that much in the last 4 weeks. but the thing is im getting ill and i no im ill cos my head hurts my nose is running and i keep coughing but my body is not tired, should i keep working out or rest even though the AS is making my body feel like it can keep going.
 
winny should have put your strength up somewhat. that deca should be starting to work well any day now. i'd start taking lots of vitamin c.. if you arent already. are you getting enough sleep and eating alot?
 
rest up bro take the week off eat eat eat and think about next weeks training i can almostbet u will do m uch better that way
 
can u still add muscle mass if u r not training that week, like i said earlier i dont really feel like my size or muscle mass has changed since i startd
 
Its been proven that you can, however food is #1. There is no way around that, drugs can shift what your body does with its resources, but food is what you are made of. Eat more, you weigh more, eat the same, you stay the same, minus the small amount of shift, so you might trade some fat for muscle, but wont gain real weight.

How much protein are you getting per day?
 
im not sure exactly how much protein im getting a day but i make sure i get a shake immediately after training and protein usually consumed in my other 3-4 meals that day, really i do need to eat more, im gonna rest over the weekend and start fresh monday so i wont be taking much time off from lifting and hopefully i will make more gains then what im seeing
 
Dont do steroids if you dont even know what your diet is like, you are wasting your time.
 
i dont no the exact amount of protein, carbs and fat per meal in grams but i do eat every 3 hrs and the meal is normaly turkey or chicken with rice sometimes by itself no rice, i also drink protein shakes after training which i include as a meal i dont think im wasting my time i just dont no the correct amounts im ment to or do consume
 
hey bro ill tell u what in my cycles my chief anabolic is not test or some other compound its food you have to eat more thanm you ever will want to if you want to gain size

Just make sure your not cheating yourself :)

At minimum 1g per pound of bodyweight, so for you multiply that by 2.2 to get a dead bottom baseline figure. I found even naturally that gains stopped around the 214 pound mark, at 1.2g per pound, I didn't start gaining again until 1.5-1.6g per pound, it depends on your genetic makeup and to some degree the quality of food. If your not a naturally big mother f'er, then eat eat eat, and forget that 1g per pound crap.

On gear many will go 2-3g per pound. So if your 100kg I would try to hit 330-440g of protein per day, and make sure to spread it evenly across each meal as best you can. The first time I started eating in real volume, I was supprised seriously how much you can hold down, even after awhile adjusting to that and finding myself "hungry" after 2.5 hours.

You should be questioning 3 things:

1.) the efficacy of your drugs
2.) your diet/nutrition
3.) your training
 
yeah i understand what u guys r saying, and i will be increasing my intake, my work sometimes makes it hard for me to eat when i would like or work out how much im eating, when u say increase the amount r u genrally talking about protein or increase the amount of everything.

....and money. well put Mudge. you better start eating ALOT more, and yes, of everything.
 
High calories is the name of the game with most steroids, otherwise weight gain wont come. Weight doesn't come from drugs, it comes with food, the drugs simply help make it muscle not lard.
