hi every every one i thought i best introduce myself,im a 29 year old male from the uk ive got many hobbies and interests which mainly include mma,weight training,motorbikes and women.
ive joined this forum for a bit of help and advice to help me achieve my goals which are to stay very lean (im not so lean at the moment 12% ish)and gain maybe another 7-10 lbs of lean muscle i know this doesnt sound like a optimistic amount but im not looking to achieve a body builder physique asi usualy i train mma twice a week and weight train twice or 3 times if i get the time so im more interested in being able to have strength,endurande and explosive power rather than be too bulky.
ive always been a hard gainer and as a kid i looked almosts annorexic,im 5ft 6" and currently 64kg,before i got back into the fighting scene i did mannage to get up to a lean 75kg with just good training and good diet,ive been looking into running my first (mild) cycle over the winter months to help give me a little jump start in the gym,im no expert at this game but i do eat a clean 3000ish calories a day with only 1 day of junk food a week and understand the basics of weight training,im currently just doing compound excercises like bench press,squats,deadlifts,military press as well as loads of body weight stuff like press ups,dips,lunges,burpees,sprawls etc.
any help and advice welcome folks
