I have been out for quite a while, and now I've worked out some and I'm ready to get back into the game.
I have tried a 5-day split for the last couple weeks and made it 3/5 all three weeks, so while it's not perfect, I am adding weight every time I get on the scale lately, so that's not a bad thing, not when you only weigh 131.
I'll fill you all in on the details later. Everything is tightening up some, and the side effects of weight training are coming back.
Waking up hungry in the middle of the night. whole muscle groups tightening up. improved posture. Yeah, it all feels good. I've ordered some reading material that's been recommended both here and elsewhere, so that will be great.
I feel really good about the last few weeks. granted, I haven't made it to every workout like I had planned, but over all the progress has been good.
Squats and Deads are killing me! good lord, I lost all my form on those (and probably a few others) since I worked out regularly last. yeeech!
