HAVE NOT TRAINED HARD AS YET LOOKING FOR ANY ADVICE ON TRAINING PROGRAMS AND SUPPLEMENT'S I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH FAT. I EAT VERY WELL. HAVE BEEN WORKING AS BOILER MAKER FOR 3 YEARS LOTS OF HEAVY LIFTING AND HARD WORK HAS ACHIEVED GOOD FOREARMS AND MUSCLE DEFINITION "EVEN IF VERY SMALL"
