After sending out a few e-mails and not hearing anything back, I got curious and sent an e-mail to my cyber-rights account using my lame Hotmail address. Sure enough, I never got it. It got returned to me with this error:

Recipient address rejected: Account expired

I tried sending an e-mail to my Hotmail address from my cyber-rights account, and even though it appeared to have sent, I never received it. No wonder the people I've e-mailed from my cyber-rights account haven't replied. They never got the mail!

Anyone else having this problem? I tried contacting their technical support but the e-mail was returned to me with the same "Account expired" error. I highly doubt their help e-mail address is expired, so I'm guessing their systems are screwing up or something.

Yeah, when I emailed you from my comcast.net account the message I got was "Recipient address rejected: Account expired"

Yup, that's lame.

I had to go on a business trip for a few weeks so I didn't have time to check my cyber-rights account. Hence, when I got back and tried to check it, it had been deactivated due to inactivity. I signed-up again by paying the $30.00 fee and was granted access to my account again. All my prior e-mails were left intact, which was great. However, now it appears I can't send or receive mail. When I send a message it looks just like it sent but the recipient never gets it.

I tried contacting cyber-rights but their help e-mail seems to be down as I'm getting the same "Account expired" error I get when I e-mail myself. How frustrating! I had some important e-mails to send out, too. ;)

Well, you better all pray that you never need technical assistance with your cyber-rights account. I bought a Premium membership for thirty bucks a week ago and my account still doesn't work. I've e-mailed their technical support about 80 times but still haven't heard anything back.

Shitty.

I'm using the free account and used it today and yesterday with no problems. Even had a response back today
me too... got a confirmation today.

I had a free account and it was all fine and good until I went on a business trip and wasn't able to check my cyber-rights mail for a few weeks. When I got back my account had been deactivated due to inactivity. So, since I go on business trips here and there, I decided to just buy a premium account so I no longer have to worry about my account being deactivated.

Anyway, my account works again, finally. After a week of hearing nothing back I sent a complaint to Pay Pal asking for my money back. Gee, what do you know? Like an hour later I got an e-mail back from cyber-rights apologizing and telling me they had fixed the problem with my account. It's a miracle! I e-mail them for a week asking for help and hearing nothing back, yet the second I complain to Pay Pal they miraculously fix the problem. :p

Yup. They run a great service as long as you never need any customer support. ;)
