Just started taking 1-test oral product. I know 99% say transdermal is better but I have a 1 year old child and just worred that I might get some on her. So, back to my question, with just a 1-test cycle, is milk thistle necessary.
Anything you take orally can put undue stress on your liver, especially PH's. If you want to be on the safe side, I would take something to protect the liver.
Par, by protecting your liver, don't you also decrease the chance of a high prohormone conversion orally. Would it not be better to do short cycles and do liver protection post cycle?
milk thistle is not the best thing for liver protection......basiclly there is no research that shows milk thistle effects on liver enzymes, however NAC would be a better choice for liver aid
I really dont think its neccessary but it couldn't hurt, and the stuff is inexpensive. If you are truly anal you can get Tylers Liver Detox which is very pricey, Liv-52 is a European product also containing milk thistle.
