I'm gett'n swell results from T3 at 100 mcgs. After I ramp down and end tha T3, do I need anything to normalize my thyroid. I talked a partna,and he said it might be a good idea to roll wit some gugglesterone( I sure I spelled it wrong) after I come off T3.Anybody know anything? Peace n Love
My understanding is that to get the thyroid back to full capacity efficiently, using gugglesterones or 7-oxo can help with this. Start a PCT immediately after stopping the T3. This is just what I have read, though. I have no experience with t3.
I had no need for it, and the research behind guggulsterones is sketchy. I would let your body get back to normal on it's own, it SHOULDN'T take too long.
