I'm 25 6'2 215lbs been lifting since I was 15 and have only ever one other cycle before ( when i was 22 i did a 3 weeker of mdrol (10/20/30) then nolva (40/30/20/10) and did cycle assist the entire cycle and pct.
The goal would be strength and conditioning and maybe keep 10-15lbs after pct
I would want to run a cycle assist but for reasons I can't disclose I only have 3 weeks
I want to do an mdrol cycle like this
week 1-3 mdrol 20mg
week 1-7 cycle assist
week 4-7 nolva @ 40/20/20/10
Year round I take 2 fish oils and a multi vitamin a day. 3 weeks ago I added 2 milk thistle and 3 flaxseed oil pills a day. I wouldn't have time to preload cycle assist before hand. Considering the info I have given you, is this safe.
Diet would be 4k cals and 230 gs of protein a day, all I can afford.
