Hey guys, new to the forum here. Well a little about my experience with lifting weights. I was pretty consistent 2 years ago and got into really good shape. But since then I took a break from weight lifting and started eating like crazy. Now I'm crazy overweight (5'8" 190lbs with like almost 30%BF). So I figure its a good time to hop in now and get my pumping started again. Looking forward to chatting with you all and happy journey!
