I never see Cutler squat. Even in his older videos I dont remember him squatting. He obviously dosent need to. Cant get any more elite than where he is right now.

He doesnt squat often because he injured one of his legs badly when he was younger and it never healed properly. Thats why he uses a lot of machines for legs
