It will be called One Step Closer, this is what Jay said about it one his website:

I am finishing up my next DVD which was shot all before and around the 2005 Mr. Olympia including the two mornings leading up to the show, night of the show (dinner), the morning after, Muscle & Fitness photo shoot, celebration meals, diet meals, training following the show and lots and lots of footage the fans will never see from ANY other DVD, this should be my BEST release yet.

I agree with Cutler on the fact that this will be a great DVD

When I get more info, I will post it.

I loved ripped to shreds, I just wish there was more talking. Like, an explanation of why he does what he does, and a breakdown of his diet and workouts. Rather than just a silent movie of hum working out and eating. I hope the new one comes out in Canada really soon!!!

I think Jays videos are decent, but some of them do suck a bit. I pretty much fall asleep watching the Ruhl stuff, although I think his second release was supposedly far better than his first.

I have Jay's last DVD, it was okay. the thing I liked about it was getting to see into his day to day life of a top pro bodybuilder, I really don't care much for watching them train.

Ruhl's first DVD was almost entirely training, no commentary, and they slowed down several scenes to make the grunts somehow more intense. It was the worst video I ever saw.
