I just got my Muscle tech Nitro-tech hardcore in the mail..problem is the serving size is 1 scoop and hats only 20 grams of protein..my question is would it be okay to take two servings at a time of this product?

Yes, that would be fine. You could also add some milk to make it around 30g. if you wanted to conserve it. Next time I'd just go with a basic whey protein like ON 100% Whey so you can help save some money, while getting the same effects.
