Hello everyone, I have finally decided to start contributing and asking some questions since this site has been the go to for researching and reading since 2012. So a little about me, I'm 35 6'1 @ 220lbs, been lifting & working out since high school (rarely slacked as this was mainly for sport and conditioning), and played a particular sport until this year.
