Heres a little of what hs happened since I havent been updatig my journal.I hit 225x5 on deadlifts and prolly around 265-275 max and Squats we will have to see sometime this week I am hoping for 185x6-8 and 235 for 1 rep.Bench has fallen in the last couple of weeks nd I did 135x15 last week so next chest workout will b heavy.I did 95x3 on curls.I am do a challenge with this other 13 year old on bodybuilding.com forums and it was supposed to be a race to 700 but he is at 635 and I'm around 680 so It will just be first to increase by 65lbs.I wil Def Beat him though.

What we really want to know is A)Is the rusty file cabinet still in the yard? B)How many more inches has your hairline receded and C)Does your gym still look like the inside of the Russian MIR Space Station?
My hair line was never receding.The file cabinet is still there.Yes the inside of my shed still looks like that But I have painted my weights gray now.
You should paint them Gold, I'm going to bling mine out soon, my gyms gonna look pimp....
