This is my three year progress and 80lb gain.
 
Great work, KEFE. How about the back, abs, and wheels?
 
I will dig up some back pictures and post them after I take a shower.
 
I thought you would be PRO by now KEFE, you are starting to lag. 80 pounds? What do you weigh now?

While you don't yet have your PRO card, the progress is acceptable.

Kind of assuming you're on a cut (or maybe heading into one) since it's springtime - whats the BF % at?
 
I don't know my bf% but it is lower than in my most muscular picture.I'm not cutting or anything though I'm actually bulking.

I did this

Sunday: bench and squat
Monday: bench and squat
Tuesday: Dips,curls,squats
Tomorrow will be bench,military, and squats

I was 64lbs at 11 and now I am more than 145lbs at 14.

I need to work on my lockout. Any suggestions? maybe close grip bench?
 
Ok I ahve decided hwo to work on my lockouts.I have an old bench that to get the wiehgt off you have to do about 35% of the rep so I am going to make the part I lay on a little higher and just throw some heavy weight on(maybe the 200) and practice taking on and off for my lockouts.
