The only reason I can sort of believe this is because there are no more mass monsters . The sport has slowly lost all the freaks and although Kevin was huge and always a top 3-5 guy in the 90s the he cant possibly regain his physiqe of old . But because the sport is made up of lighter , smaller guys now maybe he thinks he can do it . At least top 10
