I have had a couple journals on here before but always end up quitting on them after a day or two and not doing well on my eating plan.

I had a baby nine months ago and want to get in the best shape of my life before her first birthday (October). I have worked out consistently for ten years, but wasn't really very focused for a lot of that time. I am in fairly good shape, but would like to be in amazing shape. By that I mean a six-pack (that's a new one on here huh?
and a fitness model type physique, although maybe not quite as muscular.
Anyway, enough about me, I look forward to getting to know you all.
