I took a class at the gym on Monday and we did a bunch of Squats and Lunges. Well i dont normally do those exercises because it puts stress on my knees and its just uncomfortable and it makes them sore. Well they have been sore ever sense. I have always had problems with my knees being sore after running or even stanging on concrete for long periods of time without good shoes. When i go snow skiing i have to take a couple of asprin when i am done so that i can stand to sit in the car. Without them, they would be aching to much.

I have taken Glucosamine in the past and it did help with preventing the pain, but i was curious if there was anything else you could recommend or even possably some sort of exercises or therapy i could do to help prevent them from getting sore.

Thanks.

MSM is methyl-sulfonal-methane. It is bio-available sulfur, one of the more abundant elements in the human body. It works well with healing (when I started taking it, I healed scars that I had had for several years). If you take too much of it, though (more than 1 g), it gives you really terrible smelling gas. Just a caveat.

i just started to take some this week, hope it helps.but also to prevent soreness, make sure your water intake is good.cartilidge and joints are made up of water.:D

There is a topical pain relief formula that I highly recommend for most types of minor, or not so minor pain relief. Its called Sportscare Deep Relief...1-800-555-3001.

Thanks for the feedback y'all.

The water thing may be an issue with it. I havent been drinking as much the past three weeks and when i was drinking it all the time i never had sorness unless i really worked my legs by running.
