So what's the big difference between Kre-Alkalyn and Creatine Ethyl Ester?? I was looking at getting some creatine from supplementscanada.com, and I'm not really sure what the advantages/disadvantages are, or which to choose?
I'm sure a lot of you have personal experience that would be a lot more valuable to me than the product write ups.. Basically from what I gather, Kre-Alkalyn is supposed to prevent the creatine from breaking down into creatinine.. Is it the real deal, or is it a bit of a gimmick?..
I'd like to take some form of creatine, but would like to avoid the bloating that monohydrate used to give me. I was looking at either straight up CEE capsules, or a Kre-Alkalyn called Purple-K.. here are some links:
