I've ran Kynoselen on and off since 2004 (9 years) with very mixed results. There have been times when it totally rocked and I swore by it and then there have been times where it felt like a complete waste thus the reason for creating this thread.
What do you guys think about Kyno? From my experience, Kyno has seemed to work better when I was already lean. It burnt fat easily (but while already very lean), it gave me good blood pumps and an increase in strength.
However, even though I had success with it understand the circumstances mentioned above, I have found that gains seem to plateau after a while.
The biggest question I have is has anyone used Kyno for fat loss while having higher body fat percentages? Right now my body fat is more on the "plus side" and I was wondering if you think that running some Kyno could help drop some body fat as part of my efforts to get lean.
As I have mention, I have seen results while already lean but wanted to know if anybody has used Kyno
with positive results to become lean.
