ladys that use ph please help........

ok I am looking for the best info i can get to set up a ph cycle for my wife...now we have seen the halo for her...and have seen the Halo Extreme. both by iron mag labs.

1. how to set up and dose for 8 week cycle. also any thing we might need to keep on hand.
2.what do we need for her for pct. and how long she would do a pct.

now if there is any ladys that has used one of the 2 halo's from iron mag labs or who ever. could you please give us a little info on how things went for you. while on cycle and pct..also what did u gain.

also ladys is there something that you have used that worked better or had stacked with halo that give really good out come. could you pleas share.....

sorry folks to ask so much but got to do things right to keep her happy..... and just to be safe... feel free to hit me up with anything you would like to know or shear....
 
My girl ran halo extreme for a about 2 & 1/2 3 weeks had to abort the mission due to many sides. I would say definitely try to find the halo for her since it's a lower dose I think it would be better for sides then you could start lower work your way up if everything's working.
 
I used halo for her and saw good gains. I put on 8lbs of lean mass with one bottle, which for me was a lot. Muscles definitely hardened up. Took it as suggested on IML. Only side was sex drive through the roof, not that that is a bad thing. I stacked it with pyro rx from IML. Women don't need to PCT at all. Coming off it I had a week where I felt like I lost some strength but it leveled out.
 
hello kristaleigh. what was your diet looking like at the time as far as carbs and cals.... as far as my wife right now here is a little info.... ok she 28 years old 5.6 ft around 160lbs. for diet we are both cutting body weight right now...im around 2500 cals aday and she is doing the low of 2000 aday and 50 gram of carbs max a day. all carbs are in before 2:00pm the no carbs until around 8:00am next day after morning walk of around 2-3 miles on tread mill. takeing in good fats only in evo oil. and fish oil and flax oil...and we both hitting 1 gram of protine per lb. i can post a whole diet if u need...we just keep it easy and low coast on the money...

now for your cycle how long did the bottle last you. or how long was the cycle.....
she wants to drop some more weight before she hits the first run of the halo so we are going to make sure we have a few mo to buy and get every thing we need before we do any thing.not ones to try to do it all at the last min. also is there any more ph out there that would be ok for ladys to run im sure your self you looked high and low....
 
I was eating 1700 calories at most per day. As far as protein goes, I had minimum 1gram per pound of body weight, and about 50% of my calories were from carbs. I was doing a lean bulk and not worrying too much about cutting. 50g of carbs is way low for all the time. Currently I'm cutting and I do 4 days at 50g of carbs then do a refeed day of 150g then go back to 50g. I can't function on that low of carbs for too long and I stop seeing gains because my energy gets low. The refeed day pulls all the glycogen into the muscles instead of storing it elsewhere in the body and it boosts your metabolism. Halo for her was my first experience with PH. I liked that there was a lot of info on it and minimal sides.
