Lean System 7 during PCT?

Since I will keep my calories up (to keep gains) after my M1T/4-AD cycle, I thought I'd use a thermogenic to keep fat in check during PCT. I have some Lean System 7, but was thinkng that the 7-Keto during PCT might not be wise. Any thoughts on this?

Pirate, what are your diet plans after PCT is complete? Are you planning to be above maintenance or help retain your gains on cycle or are you planning a cutting cycle? If your calories are above maintenance I don't think thermogenics will have any impact. A popular post PCT cutting cycle is two weeks of clen use for its thermogenic and ant-catabolic properties. I'm not convinced about the anti-catabolic stuff but it's a great fat burner.
 
Well, I plan on eating above maintenance to keep the gains. I am eating way over maintenance right now--about 3600 calories a day, and not putting on fat--even though I have put on 10 lbs. in 2 weeks. I am not too woried about getting fat, as I can lose it, but I am not used to eating so much, and I have read that during PCT your body tends to store fat, and I understand why. My goal is not to cut. It is to retain the gains without adding much, if any, fat during my PCT. I haven't tried Clen. ECA makes me nervous as hell, so I try to stick to the more mellow stuff like Lean System 7, Gugglesterones, and sometimes E free Hydroxycut. Caffeine is no sweat. I don't want to have the shakes. I have bad anxiety as it is. I know I will want the extra energy during my PCT as my body adjusts. I am not on any stimulants now. Maybe one diet soda every few days. I have read up on it and haven't heard that 7-keto should not be taken post cycle, but it effects hormones and therefore is supposed to be cycled itself, so I wanted to make sure taking Lean System 7 wouldn't be a problem. I have LS7, Ergolean, and E free Hydroxy sitting around. I was planning on working them into my pct for energy and to keep from putting on too much fat. Certainly, the most important thing is keeping the gains.
 
Sounds like you have a solid plan. The use of LS7 etc will help bring your energy levels up as immediately after your cycle your natural test will be low and your workouts may be a struggle as your body gets back to it's normal state. As you're running above maintenance calories you won't lose fat, but as your primary goal is muscle retention that shouldn't be a problem. As you've been running 4-AD on your cycle you will probably see some water weight loss though. After two weeks PCT I dropped 5 lbs as 4-AD made me retain water.

During PCT I ran a two week clen cycle and dropped 5lbs of fat, I was very surprised by how mild the clen side effects were, even at higher doses.

Right now I'm in the middle of a two-week Trimax cycle, in week one I lost 3lbs and based on a user reports I expect another 3-5lbs of fat loss in week two. As I'm not running this with PHs I will probably lose some muscle as this stuff seriously ramps up your metabolism.
 
Redspy, PM sent to further discuss clen. Why run trimax if is burns muscle? Have you tried gugglesterones?
 
any thoughts on stacking Tri-Max with a ph such as M4OHN during a cutting cycle?

Stacking M4OHN with Trimax will help avoid muscle lose. Most reports I've seen on M4OHN suggest low sides. Overall this would be a great combo.
 
I would not run trimax pct, that is asking for muscle loss. I think the ls7 would be fine as long as you keep your calories where they should be.

So running a 2 week cycle of clen during pct won't cause muscle loss as long as I keep my caloric intake up? I started trying to cut down too soon after my last 1TU cycle and lost insane amounts of strength. I just don't want that to happen again.
 
Correct. Keep calories the same as on cycle with Clen for first two weeks of PCT. Great transition. I end my two weeks of clen tomorrow. No muscle loss. I made the same mistake as you when I took 1-AD. Went straight into diet mode and lost my gains.
