So I'm fairly new to the forums and have been browsing and learning since I joined. I am 36 years old 5' 11" at 200lbs. I have worked overseas for the last 7 years straight. As of late I have been slacking off but my normal routine was work 12 hours and than the gym 1 hour (mixed in with cardio a few days a week) 5 to 6 times a week. I have done cycles before Test, Sust and Deca and even dabbled with M1T's. I am in no way a power house body builder and my diet is far from perfect. Now that's me in a nut shell for the last 7 years.
Fast forward to the subject tittle. I will be leaving my job in April 2012 to go and live in Thailand for about a year. My plan is..
1. Get reintroduced to living a life again (drinking, socializing and relaxing on the beach)
2. Start back on hitting the gym and working on my not so perfect diet.
3. Dabble in some cycles again possibly at a higher level than before. (Thailand has less than strict regulations on the stuff practically available at any pharmacy)
4. Of course pay close attention to 1. and 3. due to the fact that I am a "binge" drinker when I do drink and mixing both can be extremely hazardous to my liver and ultimately my life.
So with that being said I am open to any suggestions. Thanks for your time.
