need some advice concern the heading
i heard that when your under a 10% bf levels
( myself im at 7.5%)
a refeed day is benefical in boasting your leptin levels.
so you can train and burn even more fat up.
can anybody shed some more light on this.
or now of some links so i can find some more information on this.
