Hey there everyone!

I am now going to start my second var cycle. In my first cycle I started off low, did 10mg a day for 2 weeks. Didn't see much results, so I jumped up to 20mg a day. I stuck with that for another two weeks, then eventually I was at 40mg a day for close to 4-5 weeks. Saw great gains in strength and some good size. I was noticing a lot of loss in flexibility and muscles cramping. I ended my cycle a little over 3 weeks ago and am now looking to start again. I cannot afford to lose flexibility and have muscle cramping at this point because I am in a training program where I cannot afford to be out. So I was thinking 20mg's would be sufficient. My diet is clean, my training is hard but now I am only able to train 3 days a week (Fri, Sat, Sun) so I do splits each day. My cardio is minimal for the time being, but I usually do 45 mins a day. I don't want to lose any gains I've made. Also with my weekly training program, there is a span of 5-6 hours where I am not able to eat. So I am down a meal and shake daily. I don't think that is too bad, since I would like to drop a little fat and the fact that I am not doing cardio like I was before. I'm looking for some great advice!
Thank you!!!!

:)

What does it mean you "lose flexibility"? Your joints hurt? Water retention? I've never heard of that before. Also do you do any sort of consistent warmup prior to training? If its joint problems, are you taking EFAs? Also if they feel dried out & painful, then you may actually be taking winstrol instead of anavar. Just a thought because I don't understand what you mean.

Generally I'd not recommend going up to 40 mg/day w/ var. 20 should be sufficient. Also not clear on your thing about how frequently you can eat. You get in 1 meal & 1 shake / 24 hours? 5-6 hours of "can't eat" still leaves 18-19 hours where you can. If its a big issue, you should check out Intermittent Fasting (leangains.com). If you want to make "gains" you gotta eat for "gains". The steroids are only going to be able to support what your diet & training are already producing.

Also for general info look at the top of the Female Forum for the "Women & Drugs" article.

I eat every two hours, sorry for the confusion. Once 4:30 pm hits and I go into class, which is like a military recruit academy, I no longer am able to eat until class is dismissed at 10pm. As for the muscle cramping, whenever I would make certain movements I would feel like my muscles would go into "Charlie-Horse" mode. I did some research and increased my Magnesium intake, also incorporated a lot more stretching. On average, I eat 5 meals a day and 1 shake.

OK that helps. You can also include potassium to help w/ cramping. Sounds like you're good to go. You don't need to drop down dead eat every 2 hrs - it only matters that you get in your total cals / macros for the day.

Something you may be overlooking is your water intake. How much water are you drinking a day? You should be drinking over a gallon everyday. That alone can/will cause cramping.
