Long time lurker

Long time lurker on the board, thought I'd introduce myself as I'm gonna be posting now.

26 and been training for about a year and a half after a health scare, dropped a lot of fat and went from 115kg to 84kg. No experience in body building so gonna need you guys help packing on the muscle.
