HI EVERYONE!!
I'M A NEW USER, 34 YEAR OLD FEMALE AND I'M LOOKING FOR ADVICE ON THE BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN MUSCLE. I'M LOOKING FOR BOTH NUTRITIONAL ADVICE AS WELL AS THE BEST TYPES OF EXERCISE TO DO IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS. I HAVE A LONG ROAD AHEAD OF ME WITH 70LBS TO LOSE BUT, I AM VERY DETERMINED. I OWN A TREADMILL AND FREE WEIGHTS, WHICH I USE AT HOME. I'M NOT A BIG GYM FAN. SO IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO CAN OFFER SOME ASSISTANCE, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
