Hey everyone I am looking to take my fist creatine supplement. I do take NO-Xplode which has some creatine in it but I am about to end my cycle with it and want to give creatine a try. I was looking around and see that there are quite a few different type (Creatine monohydrate, creatine w/ dextrose, ect...)
so any help in picking the right one would be great. I also would like to try and avoid bloating as much as possible. I know creatine will cause bloating but if there is a kind that has minimal bloating I would love to try that one out!
